Pregnancy can only occur if the male ejaculates in your vagina without any protection. First of all, he did not ejaculate. Second, you used a condom that did not break.
Having a late period does not alway mean pregnancy and you would not be able to get pregnant from this event.
If you want to get an accurate result from a pregnancy test however, 2 weeks is too soon. You will need to wait at least another 2 weeks before taking another test. That test will have an accurate read.
