The burning sensation or "hot" feeling you are experiencing are symptoms of a yeast infection. Yeast infections usually go away on their own, or you can get medication for it. Drinking a lot of water does help a great deal.
Your abdominal pain is probably not related to the yeast infection, however you may have food poisoning, food allergy, or stomach flu.
There are over the counter drugs for the nausea. You can also try tea with strong ginger because ginger reduces nausea. I also suggest that you avoid alcohol, breads, dairy and processed foods.
If the diarrhea continues for an extended amount of time, see a doctor!
