Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

Due to hormone imbalance, women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) have a set of symptoms they experience, one of which is trouble getting pregnant.

The fact that you have not fallen pregnant may not completely fall on PCOS.  You indicated your fiance pulls out before he has an orgasm.

Until you are ready to start a family, determining how fertile you are will be challenging.  However when and if you do decide, there are fertility treatments and options available.

The good news is,  there is a way to track how fertile you are on your own.  But again, with out being ready to become pregnant it will be limiting.

I hope this helps.

Be well,
