Pregnancy is not possible in your situation. Missing a pill can potentially reduce the pill's effectiveness, but since you used a condom there is no chance of getting pregnant.
It's unlikely to miss your period entirely when taking birth control. If you do, than you probably need to switch to a different pill which has to proper hormonal dosage of you to have a regular period.
At this point there is nothing to do but keep taking your pills as usual.
