Thank you for this share.  As a fitness instructor/wellness coach I agree with all of your reasons personally and professionally.  It's a constant battle of all of the reasons you share for most, which makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle so challenging.  I like your list because you can tackle each one and find a solution that fits you and go from there.  And as always seek progress, not prefection.
