Have you had unprotected inter course ? If so there's a possibility.
Sometimes the brown discharge may just be the early starting points of your period or they could mean infection or pregnancy. I advice you to wait a week, if you still do not get you're period then proceed on taking a pregnancy test
Although you seem to have no pregnancy symptoms, it seems unlikely you are pregnant , but do not take any chances if you have had unprotected intercourse.
