Over the past few days I've been reading so many forums and discussions about this issue, and I hate to bother anyone with it, but no matter how much I read that's similar to my situation, there's still a voice saying "but...you're different and DOOMED". So, here I am.
I took plan b on May 3rd (11 days ago) the morning after having multiple condoms break (he always realized though, and never came inside of me without one) But we were worried about precm. My fertility was calculated to start the next day, May 4th, but I knew the app can't tell for sure.
Then, 5 days later, on the day the app says I was ovulating, we had sex again. This time no condoms broke, but he was inside me a few minutes before he put one on (but says he wasn't anywhere near finishing). I'm a little worried about this...I know plan b can't work that many days in the future.
7 days after I took the pill, I started bleeding (darker than normal, and not as much) and having bad cramps (which may be exacerbated because I had surgery on my right tube about 3 months ago to remove a cyst), as well as headaches. Yesterday, (10 days after the pill and 5 days after calculated ovulation) I started feeling a little queasy - I never threw up, but felt off and had that mouth watering feeling. I think my anxiety about it being morning sickness might be making it worse. Also, during the week after taking the pill, I think my temperature may have been a little elevated at times.
Are these likely to be because of the hormones in plan b, or does it sound more like pregnancy? I feel like I'm overreacting since he never actually came inside of me, but I've read about women getting pregnant from precm...and my obsessive anxiety is getting the best of me. I think it's REALLY time to start taking birth control.
I really appreciate anyone taking the time to read this and respond. I'm just so tired of dealing with this constant anxiety by myself and could use some insight :(
