Early onset menopause is usually accompanied by many other symptoms besides just a missing period. Still, you should not rule out that option. Other possible causes could be:
birth control medications or implantations
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrone
eating disorders
hormonal conditions
At this point I suggest that you have either a pelvic exam or pap smear to see if there is anything serious going on. During this check up you can discuss your symptoms and possible treatments.
