Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is much different than a regular period. It is very light, only lasts one or 2 days, and sometimes it is only spotting.
If you had a full regular period in November then you conceive after that period. Keep in mind that urine pregnancy tests do not show positive until several weeks after conception making the exact date of conception is speculative. Therefore, you would have been pregnant for a few weeks already before finding out you were.
