By last week of pills, I meant my last week of hormone pills. The pills I am on don't have the week of sugar pills. They have the 3 weeks of hormone and then I'm supposed to throw that pack away, allow a week for my period and then start a new pack. I don't have sugar pills, the pharmacist said I just have to remember when to take my next pack.
