Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
From what I understand, you had a period two weeks ago and now you are bleeding again. Is this true?
If so, then it is not normal. Whenever you have periods closer than 27-29 days apart, you need to see a doctor because there could be something serious going on.
If that is not what you mean and this is your regular monthly period, then the cramps and back pain are due to the muscle contracting to push out the uterine lining. This is the natural part of having a period.
Since you are having a period that is the first sign you are not pregnant. It is also not a miscarriage because miscarriages cannot happen that fast, are that severe in such as short time.
So to review #1. if you had 2 periods only 2 weeks a part, see a doctor right away. #2 you are not pregnant or experiencing a miscarriage #3. if this is your regular period, then the cramps and back pain are normal.
