Because of the nature of the surgery, you cannot become pregnant unless you have an artificial insemination.
In some surgeries the tube are damaged in order to create a block with scar tissue. With this type of surgery there is still a chance that the tubes are not sealed completely and you can still become pregnant naturally. But since your tubes were actually cut, it would not be possible without insemination.
