You may be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy. This is very serious and needs to be treated right away! I am shocked that the doctor did not take any further action.
You hcg levels indication pregnancy, but obviously it is not detectible in the uterus This is why I strongly believe you could have an ectopic pregnancy.
I suggest that you go back the see the doctor and discuss treatments that will be right for you. In some cases surgery is required because there is a risk is the fallopian tubes bursting.
