Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for coming to us for advice regarding your concern about potential pregnancy and whether or not to take Plan B.
Since you started the new pack of birth control pills yesterday, do not take an emergency contraceptive. Please contact your gynecologist to report what has happened. She can best advise.
The pull out method is not the most reliable birth control method. Three days without taking an active pill might not have been enough to trigger ovulation and put you at risk. Likewise, if your partner withdrew in time, there was no ejaculation.
I wish I could give you a more definitive answer, but without pregnancy test which cannot be done for at least another week and a half, I don't know.
