Good digestive health cannot be achieved through hydration, or even fiber alone. You must have a balanced, and unprocessed, natural diet.
Your diet is everything! Your digestive system is designed to eliminate waste soon after consuming food. This means 2-5 times a day. Sometimes more if you eat a detoxing diet. This is very healthy.
So its time to take a close look at what you eat. Are you eating mostly fruit, vegetables, and whole grains? Or does or diet consist of white bread, dairy, meat, sugar etc?
Start by eliminating processed foods such as cereal, pizza, chips, canned food, frozen food, dairy, etc. Do most of your grocery shopping in the produce section and you will see a big different very soon!
