Hello emily12345888,
You need to trust the facts. You have taken "countless" pregnancy tests. Plus you had a ultrasound and HCG blood test; all of which were negative.
Semen cannot travel through clothes. The ejaculation during penetration is so important because the sperm must be sent in the right direction (so to speak.) Then, just maybe, one of the millions of sperm will fertilize an egg.
Cryptic pregnancies happen when women do not have a regular period or have very light periods. So missing a few periods or only having spotting is not unusual. However these women usually find out after 4 or 5 months because the physical changes compel them to see a doctor.
In your case, there is no reason for you to believe you are pregnant. There are other causes to explain your symptoms.
First of all, having an irregular period does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. You originally had irregular periods, then starting and then stopping birth control will cause even more irregularities. Antibiotics will also give you side effects which could be causing your other symptoms.
