Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER.

Let's begin with some basic anatomy facts.

The vagina is located inside of your body. It is an elastic, muscular canal with a soft, flexible lining that provides lubrication and sensation. The vagina connects the uterus to the outside world. The vulva and labia form the entrance, and the cervix of the uterus protrudes into the vagina, forming the interior end.

So, in the only way your significant other could have "rubbed your vagina" is if he penetrated his penis into your vagina.

Did he rub his penis against your vulva and labia?

The pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. As the pre-ejaculate leaves the body, however, it may pick up sperm from a previous ejaculation that remains in the urethra. One study found small clumps of sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid of some men. Though only a few hundred sperm were present, they could theoretically pose a low risk of pregnancy.

Such small amounts of sperm can likely be flushed out with urination, although no research has verified this. If a man using withdrawal has ejaculated recently, he should urinate and wipe the tip of his penis to remove any remaining sperm before having sex again.

Your chance of becoming pregnant depend on:

Did he have a prior ejaculation? did he urinate after that and before this sexual encounter?
Were you ovulating?

The take away is I think there was little to no risk for becoming pregnant.

Regards,
Maryann
