Normally, how long is your menstrual cycle?
Your new menstrual cycle begins on the first day you have regular bleeding. Spotting doesn't count. To figure out how long your cycle is, start at cycle day 1 of your last menstrual cycle and begin counting (Cycle day 1,2,3,4 and so forth). The length= the last cycle day before you started bleeding again.
Anonymous, your last menstrual period was August 28, so if you have a 28 to 30 day cycle, your period should have started around September 25 to 27.
There is always a risk for becoming pregnant when you have unprotected intercourse, The risk is highest five days before and on the day of ovulation, which generally occurs around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle or mid-cycle.
If you do not start your period by October 4, take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning using the first urine of the day.
