Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
When taking monthly oral birth control pill, you do not need to take emergency contraception or use condoms. The pills alone are enough to completely prevent pregnancy.
It is very important never to take emergency contraception at the same time. Both pills contain hormones and when taken at the same time it off-balances your hormones and causes your period to become irregular. You may also experience cramping (as you have been) nausea, fatigue, tender breasts etc.
You are definitely not pregnant. You are experiencing the side effects of not only the emergency contraception but also the added effects of taking it at the same time as your regular birth control pills.
At this point, you need to simply wait it out. You may or may not get your period this month. But your hormones will soon balance out and your period will return to normal.
