If you miss one or more pills, you increase your chances of releasing an egg (ovulation) that could be fertilized and lead to a pregnancy. It's really hard to say but your risk lowers during the time when inactive pills are taken or there is a break between active pills.
I would suggest using a back up birth control method until you are taking your pill more consistently just to be on the safer side.
