Sperm can only survive a few minutes in open air without being handled. Soap and water would have instantly killed/eliminated the sperm. It is impossible for you to become pregnant from this event.
Your boyfriend must ejaculate directly into your vagina during penetration in order for you to become pregnant.
Keep in mind as well that when the female body releases an egg, there is only a few day window for it to be fertilized. If the egg is not fertilized during this time (ovulation) it will be eliminated with the menstrual blood and you will not become pregnant.
