Postinor 2 prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. Since you took the pill the day after ovulation, it might not be that effective. Check with your gynecologist or pharmacist.
If you do not have any vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, take a home pregnancy test. That is the only way to know if it worked or not.
