Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
I'm so sorry that you have experienced two miscarriages. I sincerely hope your next pregnancy is successful.
Reproductive Immunology, is based on the idea that immune cells in your body (NK cells) can ‘reject’ a fetus, preventing a successful pregnancy. The treatment for it is called immunosuppressive therapies. Treatments include:
-steroids
-intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg)
-tumour necrosis factor-a (TNF) blocking agents
-intralipid infusions.
Unfortunately, none of these treatments are licensed for use as fertility treatments and widely discredited. If you do decide to have a treatment of this kind you will need to give a fully informed consent.
I highly suggest that you see a naturopathic doctor before exploring any of those options to suppress NK cells. There are other causes for miscarriages that can be more easily treated with natural remedies and will be much more safe.
