I highly suggest you go to Planned Parenthood because you can get an appointment right away and they take insurance. Bleeding every 2 weeks can be caused by several conditions including:
--Ovarian cysts, polyps, or fibroids,
--thyroid issues
--birth control
--excessive exercise
Most doctors will immediately prescribe birth control pills to level your hormones and allow you to have a regular period. However you need to have a pap smear/pelvic exam before submitting to any treatment. This ensures that there are no serious underlying causes that need to be treated with another method.
