Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
There are several things to consider in this situation when speculating whether or not you could be pregnant. First of all, if you had sex after your 7th day on the pill, but before you stopped taking them, you were fully protected. The pill not only stops ovulation, but also blocks sperm from passing the cervix.
The only way you could have become pregnant is if the sperm was able to somehow pass the cervix, then remain alive until you stopped the pill. Then you would have needed to ovulate almost immediately to give the sperm a chance to ovulate the egg before it died. So, pregnancy would depend on whether or not the sperm remained alive, and whether or not you ovulated in time.
The probability of those things happening is very slim. So, I highly doubt you are pregnant. If you are still concerned however, you will need to wait until after your next missed period in order for a pregnant test to be accurate.
