Also, if this happen only 4 days after her last period ended, that means she was probably not ovulating yet. Ovulation occurs about a week after your period ends. If she is not ovulating, there is notegg to fertilize.
With all these factors against you, pregnancy is highly unlikely.
She needs to wait till her next period. If she misses her next period entirely, she can take a pregnancy test.
