A girl does not necessarily feel pain the first time she is penetrated. Some girls are in fact born without a hymen. Or other times the hymen slow opens on its own as a girl passes puberty or from using tampons. On the other hand, some girls do feel a lot of pain when having sex for the first time and/or experience bleeding.
