You cannot become pregnant from this event. First of all, there is no reason to think there was sperm in the water unless you knew a male had ejaculated into the toilet and did not flush. Even if a man did ejaculate into the toilet at some point, there is no way the sperm would be able to impregnate someone.
You can only become pregnant if a male ejaculates into your vagina during penetration. No need to worry.
