There should be no long term effects from Plan B. It is important not to depend on it as a form of birth control and should not be taken more than once in a one month time period.
Some women do experience nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, tiredness, dizziness and headaches after taking Plan B. If any of these symptoms persist or worsen, you must speak with your doctor or pharmacist.
