Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
The symptoms you are experiencing are common when coming off birth control pills. It does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. Common symptoms can include:
--mood swings
--nausea
--breast tenderness
--irregular bleeding and disruption of menstrual cycle
--weight gain
--acne

Your best chance of getting pregnant will occur if you have intercourse while ovulating. Since you just got off the pill however, it may take a little while for your natural menstrual cycle to return to normal. But when it does, ovulation usually occur about 12-15 days before your period.

Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about what symptoms to except when coming off birth control pills.
