Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You are not be pregnant because you have been getting regular period until now.
Often irregular periods are caused by a slight hormonal imbalance which is generally harmless and sometime the cause is hard to trance. For example it could be caused by stress, medication, change is eating or sleeping patterns.
Often times a women's reproductive system is perfectly healthy even when experiencing irregular periods. In this case doctors often recommend taking birth control pills to regulate the periods.
Sometimes there are more serious complications such as uterine fibroids, polyps, or cysts.
In either case, I suggest you see a gynecologist especially if the PMS persists and/or you get more severe symptoms.
