Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
It is common during adolescent years to have irregular and/or missed periods. Since your recently went through puberty, your body is still trying to reach a hormonal balance. It does not indicate pregnancy whatsoever.
Danger signs to watch for include: prolonged, frequent, and/or heavy bleeding. Also watch for extreme cramping and/or PMS in general without bleeding. In any of these cases you should see a doctor.
Simply missing periods at your age is usually nothing serious.
Most doctors recommend taking birth control pills to regulate your hormones in order to have a regular period. But this is not necessary unless you have the symptoms I mentioned above.
