Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
If you are experiencing normal growth then you will probably stop growing soon, since most people stop growing around your age.
However there is a condition called Gigantism. This condition occurs when a person's pituitary gland makes too much growth hormone. Some common symptoms include:
--very large hands and feet
--thick toes and fingers
--a prominent jaw and forehead
--coarse facial features
Fortunately, this condition can be treated if caught soon enough. Treatments may include surgery or medication.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about Acromegaly (gigantism).
