If you found that you were bleeding after the activity you engaged in with your boyfriend, a couple of things come to mind. 1. You engaged in sex for the 1st time and your hymen was broken, or 2. You started your menstrual cycle.
Both situations, unprotected sex can result in pregnancy. With or without underwear on, there is still access to your vagina. The result of blood is mostly like a direct result of what you were engaging in.
