First of all, the only way to become pregnant is if the male ejaculates into the vagina during penetration.
Sperm cannot travel over dry surfaces on its own and it dies within a few minutes in open air. Any live sperm on your boyfriends fingers when he touched you cannot make you pregnant either. The sperm is not strong enough to survive being handled in that fashion, nor can it travel through the vaginal cavity through fingering.
Swallowing semen and then urinating cannot cause pregnancy either.
