What ended up happeneing? I am the exact same. 117 days since my last period for the first time in my life, I have never been on birth control (i have two kids), had ultrasound right at the beginning for pcos, checked hormones, thyroid - everything is normal! Negative urine and blood test too. So I’ve officially missed 3 periods
