That is one best thing u can do for ur health! Sugar, at the least, affects our bowel flora, killing the healthy bacteria, and nourishing the harmful ones. This leads to increase risk of disease, of autoimmunity and inflammation, infection, cancer, poor energy availability, perhaps migraine and ADHD, diabetes and obesity , hypertension, vitamin deficiencies, and more, reaching to pulmonary disease and Alzheimer's!
What is most saddening is living in an environment that enforces sugar-intake on us, because the alternatives are less easily available, and lifestyle routines imposes it!
Let us revolt for our health!!
