Your girlfriend cannot become pregnant in this scenario and I'll explain why. First all, sperm dies within a few minutes of being exposed to open air. Washing her hand with water cleared away and/or damaged any sperm still present. By the time she touched herself, there was no sperm able to cause pregnancy.
