I am a 64 yr old man who is being treated for Prostate cancer using hormone pills and injections. Since receiving the first hormone injection I have had severe pain in my lower back in the mornings. "Severe back pain" is listed as a symption of the hormone injection. My doctor says it's not the hormone injection. I too find it strange as I was o.k. before the hormone injection.
