All that you can really do is take good care of yourself. Until proven otherwise, and I know you had two negative test results, take care of yourself as if you were pregnant. Avoid alcohol, eat a healthy balanced diet and avoid eating raw shellfish or seafood.
By the way, did you test in the morning and use the first urine of the day, that is when you first woke up and used the bathroom?
