Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First of all, you do not need to worry about pregnancy at all! Birth control pills prevent ovulation. Condoms prevent sperm from entering your vagina. Without sperm and without an egg, no pregnancy can occur. You are having regular periods as well. All these facts confirm that not only are you not pregnant now, you cannot become pregnant in the future as long as you keep using these birth control methods.
Slight bleeding after sex is common and does not indicate a serious problem or pregnancy. Use more lubrication in the future to decrease the possibility of bleeding.
Since you are getting chronic cramps it can be a side effect of the pill. In which case, you should ask your gynecologist about switching pills. Or it could be intestinal problems and not related to your reproductive health at all.
In conclusion, there is no need to worry about pregnancy. Trust your birth control methods. Keep doing what you're doing and everything will be just fine.
