Hello,
I just went through the same experience, and spent time looking at message boards like this so I thought I'd let you know what happened to me. I had sex with my fiancé on September 21st and the condom broke. I took Plan B an hour later and got my period a few days earlier than expected on October 4th. I have a very regular cycle normally (28 days). I was due for my next period to begin on 11/1. My period did not come and I was very stressed because it was late. I experienced nausea, cramps, headache, fatigue and even sensitivity to smells. I was afraid I was pregnant. I took a few pregnancy tests and all came back negative, but still no period in sight. I finally got my period on 11/17, on day 44 of my cycle. It was VERY late. So try to relax. If you are nervous take a pregnancy test. Trust it if it's negative. I was anxious even after the negative results and was certain it must have been wrong. It was a whole lot of worry for nothing! It seems that plan b causing a late second period is very common.
