I think it's ok to do this. Give two different gifts to twins as long as they are (or seem to be) fairly equal money wise. I knew twins that actually preferred not to get the same gifts. They hated dressing the same too. So I think it depends on the twins and the person giving the gift. How well they know them and know what they like. That said, giving the same gift or similar, is always a safe bet!
