You cannot get pregnant in the scenario you describe. Plus, you are a virgin and did not have intercourse with ejaculation inside you, so there was no need to take Plan B. This should only be used in emergencies. This is strong medication and can mess with your cycle. Common side effects are nausea, lower abdominal pain, fatigue, headache, dizziness and breast tenderness. Some women may have changes in their period, a heavier or lighter next period, or a period that is early or late.
