You mention your last period was December 25 but you did not have a period in September, October, and November?
I urge you to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist to figure out why your menstrual cycle is so irregular.
I know of no way to tell you how to determine if you have already ovulated.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If the male has had a prior but recent ejaculation, some sperm can remain in his urethra. That is the tube that urine and semen pass through.
Once he urinates, only once is necessary, any remaining sperm is flushed out with the urine.
