If you had your period after the last time you had sex, you are not pregnant. Your period may simply be late. Which can sometimes happen. Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm.
Only if he had ejaculated recently could traces of sperm remain in the urethra, but it would be flushed out if/when he urinated. My advice is to stop having unprotected sex and have your boyfriend use protection, it's safer.
