I am assuming all the diagnostic testing was done before you had this incident of left sided chest pain.
Did the pain persist after you stopped walking? Was the pain actually in your chest? Did you experience any shortness of breath? Or was the pain in your left arm, since you say junction of hand and body?
Have you had any issues with gas, bloating or acid reflux?
I can only suggest you speak with your primary care physician, who knows you, your medical history and do a physical exam. Please keep us updated.
