There may be some risk even though you made up 2 of the 3 pills. I can't say what the exact chances are. You can check with your pharmacist or doctor on this if you are still concerned. It's best to use a backup birth control method, such as condoms, for at least a week until you are back on track (no missed or skipped pills). Especially if pills are not made up.
