Your vagina is inside of your body. If your boyfriend inserted his penis into your vagina, this was intercourse and you are no longer a virgin.
If he ejaculated inside of you and this happened five days before you were to ovulate or on the day you ovulated, there was a risk of becoming pregnant.
If he ejaculated outside of you, removed all semen with the wipes, did not penetrate, removed any semen from his hands before touching you, there should not have been any risk.
