This is unusual and obviously causing you stress. Pregnancy can definitely be ruled out.

Have you ever seen a gynecologist? If so and report what you have been experiencing.

If not, do you still see a pediatrician? If so, call and speak with the nurse.

Or you can wait and see what happens next month.
